Andrew and the fellas couldn’t be any nicer. They are honest, trustworthy, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. My husband's father passed away unexpectedly in another town and the LAST, the very LAST, thing we needed to have to deal with was a flat tire. A slow leak quickly went to a fast leak so in the middle of everything else we were trying to manage we got the tire inflated and were able to drive it to Durham Tire. The staff there were AMAZING -- friendly, understanding, and efficient. They did a great quick job for us and got us back on the road, along with kind words about our loss. We have always received good service there, but they really went above and beyond this time. Their empathy and responsiveness was much appreciated.

Great service! Doesn’t take appointments, so arrive early if you can. I was able to come around 8am and be out by 9ish. Reasonably priced. Has a table and strong wifi, so you can work remotely while waiting. The front parking area is small, but there’s a much bigger parking lot at the back of the building (just pull around the corner).

Came on a Monday morning and was concerned I’d be waiting long since there were a few people waiting ahead of me and I overheard the staff saying there was only one technician currently working. To my surprise I was in and out with new tires and my inspections in 1.5 hrs. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was pleased with the quick service. Definitely get there as early as possible in the morning though because I heard the people that came after me wouldn’t get their car seen till late in the afternoon.
